Payouts will be activated x days after signing up the contract.
The contract can be cancelled within 14 business days of signing up with full refund , after this duration it is not refundable.
The banking account used for purchase must match in identity with the customer’s contract information.
Payouts will not be possible before KYC (know-your-customer).
The mining power, i.e. hashrate is guaranteed for the given duration, should it fail the lost time it will be compensated by adding more time to the contract.
The external costs, such as transactional costs related to payout will not be covered by Ascrypto GmbH.
The payout wallet must be specified by the customer themselves. Ascrypto GmbH is not responsible for any mistakes with the address, it is solely the customer’s responsibility to make sure they are specifying the right wallet address upon payout.
The payout is only possible via cryptocurrencies (ETH, BTC, etc.). The available options might vary upon payout.
Should any of the mineable cryptocurrencies become not mineable, the system will automatically adjust to another cryptocurrency for the remaining time of the contract.
Should the customer fail to pay within 14 workdays of signing up, this contract will be void.
The payouts can be automated to monthly. The customer can also decide to withdraw on their own accord.
Should the customer fail to withdraw their funds after the expiration of all their contracts, ascrypto GmbH will hold on to their remaining fundings until up to 1 year. The customer will be notified accordingly during this time.
Without the power of attorney, this contract cannot be signed up for a third-party person or business.
If the customer deceases during the contract, their account will be transferred to their inheritors. If no inheritor claims ownership within 1 year, the account will be transferred to Ascrypto GmbH.
If the customer breaks our terms of use, their account can be permanently locked and no refunds will be issued.
The customer must obey their regional laws as well as those in Germany, and they must not abuse our system for any illegal activities.
The customer must be over 18 years old and capable of signing a legal contract at the moment of signing this contract.
This purchase can be generated digitally and is valid with a digital signature.
This purchase is not transferable.
This purchase will not automatically renew after expiration.
The allocated hashrate upon purchase is fixed until its renewal (I.e. another user with a new contract at a different time might get a different hashrate)
